A one-page summary for managers and HR. Private communication advisory for an employee whose technical work is stronger than the way it comes across in meetings.
Experienced engineers, scientists, and analysts who learned English as a second language often lose influence in meetings. They lead with detail instead of the answer, hesitate on hard questions, and under-describe their own results. The work is strong. The room does not hear it. That costs the company ideas, slows decisions, and stalls a person you want to promote.

Marina Lee is a U.S. business attorney, and confidentiality is fundamental to the advisory relationship. Session content is not reported to the employer. The company receives progress information related to agreed communication goals and development areas, not the substance of the employee’s conversations. That separation allows employees to bring real workplace situations into the advisory process and engage in the work candidly.
If your organization requires a separate confidentiality agreement, Marina can review and execute an appropriate agreement for an additional $250 fee. This fee covers review of a standard confidentiality agreement and any minor revisions needed to align it with the advisory engagement. Agreements requiring substantial negotiation, additional contractual obligations, or review of related legal or compliance documents will be quoted separately before any additional work is undertaken.
